SALE TERMS1. Inspection of cattle. All cattle will be available for inspection at the sale sight beginning Saturday, April 9,

2005 at 12 pm. Prior to sale date they may be viewed at the ranch.

2. Terms. Cash. Please settle for cattle promptly. No animals will be permitted to be removed from thepremises until settlement is made.

3. Health. All bulls have been given 5X Lepto-Vibrio, IBR, BVD, PI3, Pinkeye vaccinations, wormed and pouredand semen tested. All bulls will be PI BVD tested prior to sale. All females have been vaccinated the sameway. Health certificates will be furnished for shipment where needed. All cattle are on a Vita Ferm mineralprogram.

4. Announcements; from the block will take precedence over information in the catalog.

5. Liability. All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise for their safety or thebehavior of the animals. The owners and auction service assume no liability for property loss or anyaccidents that may occur.

6. Insurance. Will be available sale day at the settlement office.

7. Purchasers Risk. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.

8. Guarantee. All animals sold in this sale are guaranteed to be breeders, provided they are properly handledand cared for. If an animal fails to breed the seller must be notified within 6 months of sale date and shallhave 6 months to test the animal. Guarantee does not apply to sick or injured animals.

Welcome to the first ever Silver Genetics Production Sale. After much thought we have decidedto have our own sale and offer our bulls and a few select females at auction. This was a big decisionat Silver Spur Salers since we have been selling out of bulls the last few years. We decided, why nottake the chance? Together we have realized how much work it takes to put a sale on. We would liketo thank all our previous buyers who have purchased our cattle at other auctions and by private treaty.These purchases are much appreciated. Our goal is to provide good reliable bulls and females to you,the customer.

Since 1984, we have tried to produce high producing, thick made, easy keeping Salers cattle. Gooddisposition has also been high on our list. We have fed out a lot of our cattle and found the carcassquality and red meat yield to be excellent. This has helped us select the right kind of cattle for today'sindustry.

We are offering our top bulls and have fed them on an 84 day performance test. These bulls werefed at our cattle feeding partner's lot here in Maryville. We would like to give Alan Stiens, of StiensGrain and Livestock, a special thank you. We feel this set of bulls is the best we have ever produced.All the yearling bulls have ultrasound and performance data printed in the catalog. All the bulls aresemen tested, vaccinated for breeding, wormed and poured, and are ready to be turned out to pasture.Please feel free to contact us to view the cattle prior to the sale.
