A modern elegant and safe port in the heart of the Ionian Sea – Matera’s marina.Ready to welcome navigators to a new sea, still unexplored, but ancient andhistorical at the same time from when the Ancient Greeks were visitors.Porto degli Argonauti, in the centre of the Mediterranean, is in the perfect positionfor discovering the treasures of Lucania, Apulia, Calabria before setting off forfarther ports in Greece, Turkey, Sicily and the Aeolian Islands. It is a both stylish andfunctional port with a capacity for 450 vessels of small to medium berth, even up to90 ft, with a depth of 3.5 meters max.

SAILING SCHOOLSAILING SCHOOL TEAM BUILDINGWe are able, with the support of experienced staffin lifelong learning, to organize and manage extraweekend cruises that will be working with, also,formidable opportunities for the construction of aworking group, led by a single interest throughrole playing and consolidated methodologicalstages (definition of roles - tutoring company -problem solving - circle time - debriefing) willcontextualize the outlines of a better organizationin the workplace.

Our boats, inserted into specific projects, canbecome true "laboratories" in which reproducethe peculiar problems faced by a company on theconstruction (building) of a group (team) and itsorganizational efficiency - production andoperational interventions under form ofentertainment, to remove them, thus promotingthe increase of professional performance.

Our proposals provide standard boarding anddepartures (up to a maximum of 50 employees forcruise) in the late afternoon of Friday, according topaths to be agreed with the companies, alsobecause of their logistical needs and objectives,with return on Sunday afternoon . This does notmean that you can predict durations dilated oreven reduced, according to the company strategy.

Oceanmed Sailing is also a sailing school,recognized by the Italian Federation of Sail(FIV)We are able to organize different courses,considering the Age and the Target of ourstudents

FLOTTILLA EVENTS IN GREECEWe offer you a flotilla which will take you on the mostrelaxing and most interesting sailing experience. Theparticipants of the flotilla can charter the entire yacht(with or without a skipper) or you can simply book oneplace on the yacht.Taking part in our flotilla is an excellent advantagebecause the participants have full freedom to determinetheir own rhythm of sailing and spend the day on theirown, or they can sail with other participants and enjoy thecompany of other sailing enthusiasts. In the evening, allyachts come to a designated destination where a mooringspot is waiting for them….

Even expert sailors can benefit from a skippered yacht charter, getting a chance torelax and enjoy a stress-free holiday.

You can have a Skipper for your entirecharter, or just a day or two to help yousettle into your yacht or thedestination. They’ll use their expertlocal knowledge and sailing know-how toplan an itinerary based on yourinterests and how you would like tospend your holiday. Or if you’re happyto go with the flow, they can take thelead, choosing the perfect stopovers tovisit, restaurants to eat at, and thebest hidden bays and beaches to loll on.

We have a team of friendly, qualifiedand experienced Skippers availableto hire at any of our destinations andwe will choose the one best for youbased on your requirements.
