APPLICATION

CJX2 series AC contacor is used for long-distance making and breaking in circuit with

frepuency 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage to 660V and rated current up to 620A. The item,

in combination with thermal relay, protects circuit against overload as electriomagnetic

starter, It also functions as delay-type, reversible contactor and star-delta starter when

combined with auxiliary contact group, air delayer and mechanical interlocking device.

Soft starters

The traditional method of squirrel-cage asynchronous

motor:Y-△starting and autotrans former starting. But each bas

its fault.The former will appear high current point during the

change-over time and produce destructive dynamic torque.

Its mechanical vibration is harmful to the electrical rotor, ascial

connection, middle gear and load. The latter has the feature

of large volumn and high maintenance rate.It is also difficult

to control electrical torque which is adapted to the load.

Owing to the weakness of these two starting methods, soft

starting is widely used by more and more customers. The

teature of low start current, energysaving and the protection

functions of motor improve the production efficiency. It is

an ideal renewal product to substitute the traditional starter.
