Safety Suggestion System

“A” Priorities1. Purchase Guards2. Repaint walkway3. Move fire extinguish

Just DO IT!

IDEA

Ensure the suggestions are reviewed:

• Weekly safety walkthrough – often conducted by higher level management, sometimes by rotating employees

• Safety committee members may check each area weekly

• An administrative function can be added every Friday to retrieve the sheets from each area, copy them, and repost them (with responses added)
