SAFAT

The first pioneer project in Sudan, which is mainly used for pilots’ basic training purposes and now is used by many aviation colleges to train their students.There is a complete set production line well established for this project in addition to qualified and deep trained personnel to manage and improve the process of Manufacturing as a first steps to achieve SAFAT Strategic Objectives.

Which is a multi-purposes helicopter used as air ambulance, police air surveillance, short business journeys, as well as agricultural crop spraying with low production and maintenance cost to satisfy the customer and market needs. SAFAT now has a set of complete assembly line for this helicopter and it has a significant market.

LIGHT AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURING

SAFAT 03(PILOT TRAING) A project with the objective of production of an aircraft for training purposes in compliance with international specifications and practices and confirmative with market demand. The first stage of the project was finished for aircraft design and publications; now the second stage of prototype , establishment of production workshop, high level and deep training for specialist will be started soon.

SAFAT03 have a significant specifications and capability as high maneuverability, speed , and range.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND OVERHUAL The maintenance department for the Transport Aircraft at SAFAT is very advanced and sophisticated at the level of any high standard in the globe

The Engineering and Technical staffs of SAFAT are qualified Sudanese citizens who have obtained the necessary licenses from the Civil Aviation Authority after due training and tests

The Maintenance Centers are:

Transport Aircraft Maintenance Center which Approved from SCAA for maintaining different types of fixed wing Aircrafts Helicopter Maintenance Center which Approved from SCAA and Russian Helicopter for maintenance and overhaul of different types of Helicopters. Central Workshops which represents a technical support for manufacturing and maintenance sides in different mechanical issues ( CNC Machines, Welding, canopy etc, Electrical ( Service Plating, Cables, etc), Painting and Calibration workshops
