For intermediate to advanced amateurs and professionals alike, the workshop seeks to offer the chance to focus solely on building skills and stretching abilities in a relaxed, sylvan setting. The ISW and Waycross together make an ideal combination for achieving these goals. Pitch will be A=440. Visit www.earlymusicinmotion.org for a complete daily schedule.

!Adam Bregman received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Indiana in Bloomington, where he was under the tutelage of M. Dee Stewart. Upon beginning his studies at the university on modern trombone, he quickly took an interest in early music. He took lessons on tenor and bass sackbuts with Wendy Gillespie (viola da gamba) and Gregory Ingles. Adam earned his Master’s degree in early music performance at the Hochschule für Musik in Cologne (Germany) with Wim Becu.
Along with fellow historical trombone specialist Adam Woolf, Adam is a co-‐founding member of Espionage, a broken consort whose aim is to expose a secretive, predominantly English repertoire from the XVIth and XVIIth centuries.
He is a member of Oltremontano (Belgium), a XVIth-‐ and XVIIth-‐ century brass ensemble under the direction of Wim Becu. He has performed in concert with a variety of ensembles in Europe and the United States, including Piffaro, the Renaissance Band (USA), the Huelgas Ensemble (Belgium), His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts (England), B’Rock (Belgium), Capella Cracoviensis (Poland)
On classical and romantic trombones, he has been invited to play with orchestras such as the Orchestre des Champs-‐Elysées (France) and le Cercle de l’Harmonie (France), and Insula Orchestra (France). Additionally, he co-‐founded a XIXth-‐century brass quartet entitled Les Enfants d’Airain which focuses on Belgian and Frenchromantic repertoire.
