The Nürburgring Sportivo has been modified to European 24-hour Class SP3 specifications.
These regulations allow very extensive modifications to body work, engine and drive-train. Modifications include: removal of interior trim, lightweight windows and revised engine capacity and camshaft profiles.
The Sportivo is returning for the 2008 Nürburgring 24-hour. Prior to competing it will be fitted with a revised induction system including larger throttle body, revised exhaust system including high-flow exhaust manifold, and upgrading of front brakes to incorporate larger disks and four-piston calipers.
