CONCLUSIONThe future of technology in the 21st Century is
underway. With state and local collaboration, stakeholders can prepare for this new era in education with certainty. Teacher literacy in technology is vital as well as student proficiencies at young ages beginning in Pre-K. Local leaders must build a strong infrastructure to support proper technology growth, supply adequate funding for stability, develop and maintain a shared district vision and put in place proper assessments to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement annually.
