Projects can then be broken down into a series of tasks. In SAP, these tasks are called Work breakdown structures. Work breakdown structures divide a project into manageable units. The tasks and activities can be broken down, until the appropriate level of detail required to carry out the task, is achieved. The work breakdown structures form individual elements in a hierarchy. The further down the hierarchy you go, the more detailed the activity breakdown gets. 10. The status and hierarchy position of the WBS element can also be displayed on the hierarchy screen. Click on the WBS element you wish to display and then on the menu select Individual overviewWBS elements

12. To display financial data for the project as a whole or for individual elements of it, click on the project level you wish to view and then select EvaluatePeriod breakdown
