Deduction on Payment: TDS – 5%; Admin Charges –5% Reward & Royalty: 5 or more leg to

complete by achieving each leg ID nos. should be multiple of 5 (five) [e.g., 5 – 25 – 125 –

625 from Five or more legs] to get Reward & Royalty benefits.

Terms & Conditions:

❖ Any individual who is of 18 years or above age and residing in India is eligible to

become an independent Associate.

❖ For ID activation and to start the RVM Business one should have purchase the RVM

Healthy-Wealthy Kit.

❖ Associates are allowed only one ID against one PAN and one Mobile Number.

❖ Enroll minimum Five (5) directs in order to avail all the mentioned benefits.

❖ To avail the benefits of Reward and Royalty all Associates should fulfil the criteria by

multiple of 5, in each leg or in each level should equal the numbers by multiple of 5,

from five or more legs.

❖ Level Bonus for all Associates is computed weekly basis, against business period from

Monday to Monday.

❖ Reward and Royalty will be provided on Next-to-Next achievement basis.

❖ Reward will be delivered to concerned Associate in next Seminar after achievement;

and Royalty payment will disburse with level bonus payment, which will be

calculated on weekly turnover.

❖ Payout will be credited to registered associate’s A/c on or within each Friday.

❖ 5% TDS as per Income Tax Act and 5% Company service charges will be deducted

from Associate’s Income.

❖ Minimum wallet balance should be Rs.200/- for A/c transfer.

TERMINOLOGY

OUR BUSINESS PLAN

1. RVM Retail Profit: Up to 40% When you merchandise the RVM Products to other people you can earn this profit. Being a RVM Associate you can avail this profit up to 40% on DP Price. The following example helps to explain the Retail Profit:

Example: Distributor Price (DP) + Profit = Maximum Retail Price (MRP)

2. RVM Group Performance Bonus – 36%: RVM Group Performance Bonus fund will be distributed among the Club Associates, in

following manner:

Note:

(i) If an associate, purchase of 50001 BV products at a time in a single invoice, will be treated

as achiever of “RVM Green Star Club” & eligible to get the level profit bonus 36%.

OR

(ii) If an associate makes 50001 BV Business within one month from his/ her ID activation

date, with below scenario, will be treated as Green Star Club Associate.

1. His/her each 4 legs should have minimum 20% of 50001 BV Business.

2. Entire Business from all legs (including above 4 legs) + Self Business should be equal

to or more than 50001 BV.

3. RVM Smart Purchase Fund Bonus – 2% of CTO: 2% of Company BV is allocated for RVM Smart Purchase Fund Bonus and distributed among

those associates, who have purchased the RVM products of 5501 BV and above amount.

Example: Suppose Company BV is Rs.10,00,000/-and Total Associates are 50 nos, who have

purchased 5501 BV and above amount Product:

2% of Company BV is 10,00,000 x 2% = 20,000/-

• 2% of Company BV / No. of Qualified Associates i.e.Rs.20,000 / 50 = Rs.400/-

4. RVM Green Star Club Bonus: 2% of CTO:

25000 PGBV to be maintained by all Green Star Club Associates for a Qualified RVM Green

Star Club Associate and will be eligible to get the extra 2% bonus fund, which will provide as

RVM Green Star Club Bonus.

5. RVM Direct Referral Bonus – 10% of Front Associate’s Income: An associate will have to introduce minimum 2 associates in his/her direct leg for

promoting the RVM Business and will be eligible to get the RVM Direct Referral Bonus.

Example: As your direct sponsor legs are A & B and their incomes from RVM Business is as

follows:

A’s Income = Rs.60,000.00

B’s Income = Rs.90,000.00

Total Group Income is Rs.1,50,000.00 & Your income is Rs1,50,000.00 x 10% = Rs.15,000.00

Condition: To get the RVM Direct Referral Bonus an associate should maintain the criteria

as follows:

❖ Minimum income should be Rs.1000/- of each Front-line Associates.

Note: To get the Royalty benefits from 3rd. months, the following conditions should be

maintained:

i. All Qualified Green Star Club Associate should maintain their 25000 BV business to

enjoy the above benefits.

ii. 100% business should be maintained from existing legs, to be continued for 2

months.

iii. Required PGBV as mentioned above should be maintained from other leg.

iv. A Cheer Club Associate will have to maintain 3 months business to get qualify for

National Tour.

v. A Diamond Club Associate will have to maintain 3 months business to get qualify for

International Tour.

vi. To get the Leadership Bonus one associate should achieve the criteria for each rank

and eligible to enjoy the level profit as mentioned.

Otherwise, the benefits amount will not be transferred to Associate A/c, till fulfilling the

above conditions.

8. RVM Brand Ambassador Bonus Fund – 2% of State Turnover on Single Branded Product:

2% of State turnover BV on single Branded product is allocated for distribution of Brand

Ambassador Bonus Fund and Diamond Club Associate and above cadre will get the benefit

of such fund.

One Associate will get selected for any single branding product of one particular State and

will be awarded by the Brand Ambassador Certificate against specified product state wise.

9. RVM Global Life Fund Bonus – 5% of Company BV: 5% from the Company BV is allocated as RVM Global Life Fund Bonus and will be distributed among the associates from Director Club and above rank.

Distribution for this Bonus Fund will be as follows:

1. RVM Store – 28%:

Any person can start the RVM Business with a Company ID through RVM Store in his/her

area by following way:

above level will be provided on Mini and Super Store, as follows:

Example: Suppose an associate refers Mini stores of Rs 90,00,000 & Super Stores of

Rs.60,00,000 respectively:

Mini Store Product BV is 36,00,000 (Approx.) and Super Store Product BV is 24,00,000

(Approx.); So, their profit ratio are as follows:

(1) Mini Store:

Profit Level-1 = 36,00,000 x 1% = Rs.36,000/-; Profit Level-2 = 36,00,000 x 0.5% = Rs.18,000/-

; Profit Level-3 = 36,00,000 x 0.5% = Rs.18,000/-;

(2) Super Store:

Profit Level-1 = 24,00,000 x 2% = Rs.48,000/-; Profit Level-2 = 24,00,000 x 1% = Rs.24,000/-;

& Profit Level-3 = 24,00,000 x 1% = Rs.24,000/-;

Note: At the time of repurchase, all RVM Store should purchase minimum 40% BV product

according to their valuation, and profit distribution on the basis of product Purchase BV.

3. RVM Store Performance Bonus: 2% 2% of Company BV is allocated for this fund and distributed among those Store owners who

have purchased minimum 40% BV and above product.
