Defining Success:

Success: It not a chance but a projection of an organized efforts. It differs from a person o

person but success is an object for a society.

What is Success?

*Wealth?

*Power?

*Physical strength?

"For any leader Attitude is very Important".

Values & Attitude:

A set of desirable behaviour by following which it is good for individual and for the society.

Anything done over a period of time - value.

But, Always the Process must be given important than comes the Person.

"True leader creates some more leaders"

leaders should be able to see fore see thing/ future., motivates the team.,

Important take ways from this session :

what all qualities the leader should have , such as, Listening others point of view (i.e team

mates)

Transparent , fair , and work along the team.

For a leader, Organisation, family, persons (manager, faculty, father, mother etc,.) & love and

affection also and must matters, there must be a balance life between personal & professional

then the leader can be more flexible and open to think.

22

Page 23: Rvim Induction Report

How can we change/ motive people?

People can change only with love & affection, Patience.

|

Love & affection | Discipline

|

But, the moment the expectation comes the essence of love & affection reduces.

Expectation may also lead to loss, because it causes some pressure , anger, frustration etc.,

It's almost everybody haves' it, it's just need to be controlled over the emotions. and most

important

" the person who talks along , & makes/feel every person in the team as a leader , makes

him/her a leader" .
