They use no chemicals or fertilisers in the vineyard and operate more or less organically (but without certification). Maceration for 15 days with natural yeast fermentation at 20 degrees.. No oak at all either, just fruit! TASTING NOTES Pale in colour, very refreshing and juicy, lively and aromatic with violets, cherries, herbs and spices VICTUALS Spicy sausages, cold cuts and salads, pizza and pasta dishes
