R.S.S TRADE INTERNATIONAL

• RSS is the sister concern of RSS GROUP, one of the largest accessories manufacturer in Bangladesh.

• A Bangladeshi company with corporate headquarters located in Kakrail, Dhaka. RSS is a business specialising in textile related solutions to multiple markets including apparel (undergarments), accessories and construction.

• Established in 1995, RSS has grown significantly to become one of Bangladeshi’s largest accessories companies with an annual turnover of around $ 25 million and over 750 employees.

Our commitment to quality is as important as it is to speed because, simply, you shouldn’t have one without the other.Here are just some of the ways in which we meet our quality commitment;• A strong IT infrastructure that relies on systems rather

than human intervention. All our sites are linked by the same central business platform that drives our operations.

• Colour quality management; all our sites are ISO12647 certified and we work to the rigorous Mellow Colour PQM standards to ensure colour consistency throughout group.

• Vertical manufacturing model; As important for controlling quality as executing speed.

• Internal testing facilities; All sites are equipped with internal labs to conduct product testing both before and after product launches.

R.S.S Label Vantage applications Label Vantage is the group’s own developed and enhanced central business system that acts as the engine for our entire business operations and performs a pivotal role in ensuring product integrity, data management and efficient order fulfilment.

• All customer templates and label specifications are held on one, cloud based artwork library that is maintained and updated centrally to ensure full version management control.

• Label Vantage hosts all customer data files that come into us from our various brands and retailers and seamlessly drops them into the required templates as the manufacturing site requests them. Full automation ensures absolute control of data entry.

• Full suite of on-line ordering and order management facilities at chain and garment manufacturer level.

• Adapted to support full RFID serialisation and encoding

Because of our vertical manufacturing capabilities, RSS supports customers all over the world with a range of innovative product solutions that are tailor made to their requirements and not available elsewhere.Examples of products we have successfully brought to market include;

• Spun Polyester substrate- a cost effective and more stable alternative to traditional cotton labels. Can be dyed to any colour and particularly suited to denim.

• Smooth Lurex- for customers who want that glitzy look but without the rough finish that can be uncomfortable on skin.

• TPU- A clear plastic based substrate that can be printed onto but has a luxurious hand feel- suited to swim, intimates and ladies-wear.

• Soft-touch polyester- a beautiful, luxurious substrate that feels like velvet to touch and is so light and comfortable on the skin.
