Bush Hog, Inc, ("Bush Hog") warrants that theBush Hog RS2650B Mower ("Mower") will be freefrom defects in material and workmanship for aperiod of two years in a residential applicationfrom the original date of retail purchase. Duringthe warranty period, Bush Hog will repair or re-place, at its discretion, any Mower or part thereofwhich is found to be defective in material or work-manship. This warranty specifically excludeswear items, including but not limited to belts,blades, and tires. This warranty also specificallyexcludes parts covered by another manufac-turer's warranty.

This limited warranty extends only to the originalretail purchaser ("Owner") of a Mower. It is nottransferable. This warranty extends only to thoseMowers purchased for private residential use. AMower purchased for any other reason, for ex-ample as a rental unit, will not be warrantedunder the same terms and conditions as set forthherein.

Proof of purchase will be required to substantiateall warranty claims. All warranty work must beperformed by an authorized Bush Hog Dealer.Any work done on or to the Mower by anyoneother than an authorized Bush Hog Dealer, in-cluding the original purchaser, voids all provisionsof this warranty except those provisions whichlimit Bush Hog's liability (as set forth below).

Any Mower or part thereof which, in Bush Hog'ssole discretion is deemed defective shall be re-paired or replaced, at Bush Hog's option, withoutcharge for parts or labor. To take advantage ofthis warranty, the Mower must be returned to anauthorized Bush Hog Dealer within the warrantyperiod. The cost of delivering the Mower to theauthorized Dealer and return delivery shall be theresponsibility of the Owner.

Bush Hog's sole responsibility with any claimmade under this warranty is limited only to re-pairing or replacing the mower or a defective partthereof, and no claim of breach of warranty shallbecause for rescission, cancellation, or voidingthe contract of sale of the Mower.This warranty does not extend to any Mower orpart thereof which has been misused, neglected,damaged, abused, not properly installed or main-tained, altered, or which has been operated inany way contrary to the operating instructions asspecified in the Owner/Operator's Manual. Thiswarranty does not extend to any repair or re-placement made necessary by normal use. Thiswarranty does not extend to the engine which iswarranted separately by the engine manufac-turer.

THE WARRANTY EXPRESSED HEREIN IS INLIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSEDOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITA-TION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MER-CHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR USE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANYAND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITYON BUSH HOG'S PART.
