During the period from August 22, 2001 to December 9, 2001, MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd, funded an overburden stripping / outcrop washing l and sampling program on claims 1118378 and 1165386;: A total of 5,750 square metres of bedrock were stripped at 5 locations, of which two were washed (1,250 square metres). A total of 99 channel samples and 7 grab samples were collected from the NP-2 area, and 1 grab sample from the NP-1 East area were collected in the November 5 to 9, 2001 period. All ; samples were analyzed for platinum, palladium and gold and an additional 52 elements. y,

The stripped areas are underlain by medium grained gabbronorite containing pyroxenite and nodular anorthosite inclusions characteristic of the inclusion-bearing zone of the Lower Series. Sulphide j, r , mineralization consists of 1 -2Va irregular aggregates of pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite hosted in the l 3; j gabbronorite matrix. L : r
Analytical results from the NP-2 channel samples indicate an average of 529 ppb Pd, 122 ppb Pt^ Oil.9% Cu and D.07% Ni over 6.5 rn in samples # 931-943 in channel #3. ' * f
Grab samples of pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite-bearing gabbronorite from the NP-2E area returned values in the range of 246-833 ppb palladium, 66-198 ppb platinum, 1380-3310 ppb Cu, 706-1390 ppb Ni ' accompanied by a low Au value Further sampling of this area is recommended
The one grab sample (#966) from the NP-1 E area contains significant values of palladium and platinum (1000 ppb Pd and 224 ppb Pt) accompanied by a low gold value. Further sampling of this area is recommended

2.0 Location and Access J
The property is located in the central western part of Shibananing Township, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario (Plan G-2866). The claims are approximately 18 kilometres northwest of Webbwood (located on Highway 17, and about 75 kilometres west of Sudbury (Figure 1). ! '
Access to the property is via a combination of forestry roads and trails (Figure 1). Approximately 6 km along the paved Agnew Lake Road, north of Webbwood, a Domtar Ltd. forestry gravel road bears west. This road is followed for about 10 km to a dirt road bearing northwest, which provides access to a hydro transmission line and Kitts Lake This trail is followed for about 3.5 km to the hydro right-of-way, and a further 6 km along a trail ending at Nodule Pond (local name). Manitou Stone (Canada) Inc. constructed this trail in 1992 to access a dimension stone prospect on claim 1118378 Extensive windfall removal and clearing of creek crossings was required to allow for ATV transit.
3.0 Property and Title
The property consists of 5 un-patented mining claims containing 29 units covering a nominal 464 hectares (Figure 2). Assessment work filed pursuant to this report extends the current tenure as shown in the following table.

7 4.0 General Geology
The claims cover portions of the Marginal, Lower and Main Series lithostratigraphic units of the East Bull Lake Intrusion ("EBLI") near its eastern terminus (Figure 3). The Marginal Series consists of l : discontinuous footwall breccia (Border Zone) and aphanitic to fine grained gabbronorite (Gabbronorite Zone). Lower Series rocks consist of inclusion-bearing gabbronorite, anorthosite and nodular anorthosite. The inclusion-bearing gabbronorite contains predominantly pyroxenite inclusions. Main Series lithologies on the property comprise! massive to weakly layered and rhythmically-layered Seucogabbronorite and vari- textured gabbronorite.. : ;
In general, no major faults or folds have been noted on the property. However a north trending topographic linear of unknown significance is present immediately south of Nodule Pond. .-. .
Lower Series rocks are the focal point for magmatic contact type Cu-Ni-PGE mineralization. Contact type mineralization comprises approximately equal amounts of pyrrhotite -t- chalcopyrite (average 2-30X) combined, maximum observed 10 07o) These sulphides are most abundant in a variety of gabbroic rock types that form the matrix of the inclusion-bearing zone at the base of the Lower Series. The platinum group metals occur in, or proximal to, sulphide minerals The most common PGE-bearing minerals are Pd-Bi-Te compounds and sperrylite (PtAs^). Inclusions of melanogabbro and pyroxenite also contain PGE-enriched sulphides (Peck, O.C., James, R.S., Chubb, PT., Prevec. S.A. and Keays, R. R., 1995).

Prospecting in 1991 by Mr Brunne and Mr Turcott (property owners) discovered interesting Pt and Pd values at 2 locations (NP-1 and NP-2) southeast and southwest of Nodule Pond on claim 1118378 (Figure 4, after Turcott, 1992). Both PGE occurrences are hosted by rusty weathering gabbronorite of the Lower Series.
5.0 Work Program
The work program, consisting of power stripping, washing of selected stripped areas, collection of grab samples and diamond saw channel sampling of selected areas was conducted by Lordan Explorations Ltd. (P.O. Box 35, Whitefish Falls, Ontario POP 2HO), under contract to MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. Supervision of the work and provision of Qualified Person services was contracted to G.A. Harron Z Associated lnc.(133 Richmond St W., Suite 615, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2L3).
Machinery was mobilized to the property on August 22, 2001 and was removed on December 9, 20017
5.1 Stripping "~~"" "~
Prior to stripping an access trail was constructed from the hyrdo right-of-way to the site, generally along a pre-existing trail. Significant amounts of time were required to remove windfall and clear debris from watercourses. A total of 52 excavator hours was required to complete the 11 km long access trail in the August 22 to September 1,2001 period.
Mechanical stripping using a Caterpillar 225 excavator was conducted at four sites on claim 1118378 and one site on claim 116538G (Figure 5). Overburden depth ranges from zero to a maximum of 3.5 metres in one small local area. The dimensions of the stripped areas are listed in the following table.

In some cases it was necessary to cut the tree cover for machine access trails and removal of heavy vegetation from the proposed stripping areas. An ATV and trailer was required for daily fuel haulage and local transportation to the work site.
A total of 191.5 machine hours was required to clear the total 5,750 square metre area, over 30 days in the September 3 to December 9, 2001 period.
5.2 Washing
Washing of the NP-1 and NP-2 stripped areas was accomplished using a Wajax pump and or a Wanda pump, with water sourced from Nodule Pond. The total area washed was approximately 250 m2 at NP-1 and approximately 1,000 m 2 at the NP-2 site. The onset of cold weather prevented the washing of other sites. One person was required for this work type, supported by an ATV and trailer for fuel and hose handling and access to the work site
The washing required 27 man days and 25 days of rental pumps and hoses during the September 11 to November 9, 2001 period
A total of 99 channel samples were sawn from three channels within the stripped area of the NP-2 site (Figure 6). Stihl power saws fitted with either a single or dual 14 inch diameter diamond saw blade(s) was used to cut the 5 cm wide samples Each sample was limited to a measured 05m length. A unique number embossed on aluminum tape anchored to the bedrock marks each sample location. Figure 6'" ~ shows the locations of the channel samples. . ~ —-.r———.—r^T^T. —
In addition 7 grab samples were collected outcrops at the NP-2 site and one from the NP-1E area. The locations of these samples and their Pd and Pt contents are also shown in Figure 6.
Analytical results for all of the samples collected are listed in Report 23856, which is included as Appendix 1. A total of 108 samples were collected in the November 5-9, 200' period.
Two persons (and occasionally one person) supported by an ATV and trailer wan required to accomplish the sampling.
6.0 Analyses, NP-2 Area Samples
Activation Laboratories Ltd. of Ancaster, Ont jrio, analyzed all samples using multiple analytical techniques. Platinum, palladium and gold values were obtained by fire assay of a 30 gram sample with an ICP l OES finish for sampled listed in "Report 23856".
Samples listed in "Report 2385(3" were also analyzed for an additional 52 elements by ICP / MS techniques following aqua regia digestion.
7.0 Results, NP-2 Area Samples
All of the areas stripped are underlain by dark coloured medium grained gabbronorite intermixed with pyroxenite and nodular anorthosite inclusions characteristic of the inclusion-bearing zone of the Lower Series. Sulphide mineralization consists of 1-207o combined pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite as irregular aggregates in the gabbronorite matrix. A topographic north-trending linear immediately south of Nodule Pond may offset the NP-1 and NP-2 zones in a vertical sense.
Analytical results from the NP-2 channel samples indicate an average of 529 ppb Pd, 122 ppb Pt, D.19% Cu and Q.07% Ni over 6.5 m in samples # 931-943 in channel # 3. Numerous other narrow zones of Pd + Pt enrichment are also present in all three channels (Figure 7).
A grab samples of pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite-bearing gabbronorite from the NP-2E area returned values in the range of 246-833 ppb palladium, 66-198 ppb platinum, 1380-3310 ppb Cu, 706-1390 ppb Ni accompanied by a low Au value. Further sampling of this area is recommended.

During the period from August 22, 2001 to December 9, 2001, MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. funded an overburden stripping l outcrop washing and sampling program on claims 1118378 and 1165386. A total of 5750 square metres of bedrock was stripped at 5 locations, of which 3 were washed [1250 square metres]. TheNPl and NP2 sites were systematically channel sampled. The NP1 area was reported on in an earlier report in Jan 2002. Due to financial difficulties, the company was delayed getting the results from the NP2 channel samples and surrounding grabs samples fromNP2-E, NP1-E and NP1-W. A total of 107 channel samples were collected from the NP2 area, 23 grab samples from the NP2-E, 2 grab samples from theNPl-W and l grab sample was from the NP1-E. All samples were analyzed for platinum, palladium and gold plus 52 additional elements.
The stripped areas are underlain by medium grained gabbronorite containing pyroxenite and nodular anorthosite inclusions characteristic of the East Bull Lake inclusion bearing zone of the Lower Series. Sulphide mineralization consists of 1-2*^ irregular aggregates of chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite hosted in the gabbronorite matrix.
Analytical results from the NP2 stripped area indicate encouraging values over significant width. Ex: .689 grams/ tonne, TPGM, G.06% Ni, .17907o Cu. over 7m.
Further sampling of the above site locations is recommended.

4.0 General Geology
The claims cover portions of the Marginal, Lower and Main Series lithostratigraphic units of the East Bull Lake Intrusion ("EBLI") near its eastern terminus (Figure 3). The Marginal Series consists of discontinuous footwall breccia (Border Zone) and aphanitic to fine grained gabbronorite (Gabbronorite Zone). Lower Series rocks consist of inclusion-bearing gabbronorite, anorthosite and nodular anorthosite. The inclusion-bearing gabbronorite contains predominantly pyroxenite inclusions. Main Series lithologies on the property comprise massive to weakly layered and rhythmically-layered leucogabbronorite and vari- textured gabbronorite..
In general, no major faults or folds have been noted on the property. However a north trending topographic linear of unknown significance is present immediately south of Nodule Pond.
Lower Series rocks are the focal point for magmatic contact type Cu-Nr-PGE mineralization. Contact type mineralization comprises approximately equal amounts of pyrrhotite + chalcopyrite (average 2-30Xo combined, maximum observed '\Q0A). These sulphides are most abundant in a variety of gabbroic rock types that form the matrix of the inclusion-bearing zone at the base of the Lower Series. The platinum group metals occur in, or proximal to, sulphide minerals. The most common PGE-bearing minerals are Pd-Bi-Te compounds and sperrylite (PtAs2). Inclusions of melanogabbro and pyroxenite also contain PGE-enriched sulphides (Peck, D.C., James, R.S., Chubb, P.T., Prevec, S.A. and Keays, R.R., 1995).
Prospecting in 1991 by Mr. Brunne and Mr. Turcoft (property owners) discovered interesting Pt and Pd values at 2 locations (NP-1 and NP-2) southeast and southwest of Nodule Pond on claim 1118378
(Figure 4, after Turcott, 1992). Both PGE occurrences are hosted by rusty'weathering gabbronorite of the Lower Series.
5.0 Work Program
The work program, consisting of power stripping, washing of selected stripped areas, collection of grab samples and diamond saw channel sampling of selected areas was conducted by Lordan Explorations Ltd. (P.O. Box 35, Whitefish Falls, Ontario POP 2HO), under contract to MacDoi laid Mines Exploration Ltd Supervision of the work and provision of Qualified Person services was contrac'ed to G.A. Harron k Associated lnc.(150 York St., Suite 1800, Toronto, Ontario M5H 335).
Machinery was mobilized to the property on August 22, 2001 and war, removed on December 9, 2001.
5.1 Stripping
Prior to stripping an access trail was constructed from the hyrdo right-of-wsv to the site, generally along o pre-existing trail. Significant amounts of time were required to remove v/inclf'ill end clear debris from watercourses, A total of 52 excavator was required to complete the 11 km long access trail in the August 22 to September 1,2001 period.
Mechanical stripping using a Caterpillar 225 excavator was conducted nt 4 sites on claim 1118378 and 1 site on claim 1165386 (Figure 5). Overburden depth ranges from zero to a maximum of 3.5 metres in one small local area. The dimensions of the stripped areas are listed in the following table.

In some cases it was necessary to cut (he tree cover for machine access trails and removal of heavy vegetation from the proposed stripping areas. An ATV and trailer was required fer daiiy fuel haulage and local transportation to the work site.
A total of 191.5 machine hours was required to clear the total 5,750 square ruotre area, over 30 days in the September 3 to December 9, 2001 period ~ ~~"l~~~~~~
5.2 Washing
Washing of the NP-1 and NP-2 stripped areas was accomplished using a Wfijnx pump and or a Wanda pump, with water sourced from Nodule Pond. The total area washed was approximately 250 m2 at NP-1 and approximately 1,000 rr;2 at the NP-2 site. The onset of cold weather prevented the washing of other sites. One person was required for this work type, supported by an ATV and frailer for fuel and hose handling and access to the work site
The washing required 27 man days and 25 days of rental pumps and hoses during the September 11 to November 9, 2001 period.

A total of 107 channel samples were sawn from the stripped area of the NP2 site. Stihl power saws fitted with single and dual 14inch diamond blade [s] were used to cut 5cm wide samples. Each sample was limited to a measured 0.50 m length. A unique number embossed on aluminum tape anchored to the bedrock marks each sample location. Figure 7 shows the sample locations.
In addition 23 grab samples were collected from the NP2-E site, 6 from the NP1-W and one from the NP l-E site.
6.0 Analyses
ActLabs of Ancaster, Ontario, analyzed all samples using multiple analytical techniques. Platinum, palladium and gold were obtained by fire assay with an ICP l OES finish for samples listed in "Report 23856 & 23856rpt". Samples are identified by site initials accompanied with a numerical sequence. Ex: NP2 - 934. NP1-856.
The results of all sample analyses are included in Appendix 1.
7.0 Results
All of the areas stripped are underlain by dark colored medium grained gabbronorite intermixed with pyroxenite and nodular anthorthosite inclusions characteristic of the inclusion-bearing zone of the Lower Series. Sulphide mineralization consists of t-2% combined chaclcopyrite and pyrrhotite as irregular aggregates in the gabbronorite matrix. A topographic north-trending linear immediately south of Nodular Pond may offset the NP1 and NP2 zones in a vertical sense.
At the NP1 site, the maximum values obtained were 745 ppb Pd, 161 ppb Pt, 0.02 Cu, 0.09 Ni over 0.5 m in sample number 762. The most continuous mineralization sampled was from NP2 where channel samples averaged .689 grams per tonne TPGM over 7 metres. Other important values were encountered in grab samples at various sites however, follow up work is required to identify the significance of these samples.
