    NARRATIVE REPORT

    Improving the quality of teaching is essential to raising standards in

    schools and acknowledging the good performance of teachers will make

    teaching a more attractive career and a more rewarding job.

     The use of Results-Based erformance !anagement "ystem #R!"$ in

    rating a teacher will lead to a more comprehensive result. %uided by the

    set objectives in the tool& the teacher will carry-out the agreed goals in 'eld.

    (onstant practice of this will contribute meaningfully to the success of every

    school year.

    performance indicator. Indeed& the school training assisted the teachers to
