Rowe Entertainment, Inc. v. William Morris Agency et al. (98-8272) -- Declaration of Martin Roth Gold [Former Attorney to Leonard Rowe and Plaintiffs] [May 15, 2012]

Martin Roth Gold is currently an attorney at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal (SNR) Denton, LLP. He also was responsible for conducting discovery on behalf of Leonard Rowe and the other plaintiffs and eventually conspired with the defendants to prevent this evidence from seeing the light of day. It's unfortunate for him that the day he decided to lie under "penalty of perjury" in his declaration by stating that he had "no knowledge that the word 'nigger' appeared in documents produced by defendants," that Leonard Rowe gained access to the email search results that his former attorneys kept from him for almost 10 years!! (¶ 11) God is definitely watching. I wonder how many years can a person be imprisoned for these criminal acts?!
