Objectives

• To provide a forum for incoming Club Presidents to meet the incoming District Governor, Co-ordinating Assistant Governor, Assistant Governor and District Officers.

• To provide an opportunity for contact between incoming Club Presidents

• To provide an introduction to District 1175• To begin the process of planning for the

The aims of the DG and Successive DGs

•To establish District 1175 as an active district

•To promote Rotary and Rotary Membership across the South West Peninsula

•To support Clubs in the District to continue to achieve

•To plan continuity for building on the work of 1170 and 1290 and promote continuity within clubs to further build upon successes

•Formed from two previous Districts of 1170 and 1290

•Will have 90 clubs

•Will have 2500 Rotarians at the start of next Rotary year

•Both Districts have a proud history of achievement

•We have worked together before (District 117)
