Eigenschaften und Ausführungen

Die Rosenberg-Dachventilatoren dienen zur Entlüftung von

Wohnungen, Kaufhäusern, Supermärkten, Werkstatthal-

len, Bädern, Küchen, Speisesälen, Lagerräumen, Garagen,

Stallungen und vieles mehr. Sie eignen sich zum Aufbau auf

Flach-, Pult-, Sattel-, Bogen- und Sheddächern.

Durch den vom Luftstrom getrennten Antriebsmotor können

die Ventilatoren bis zu einer Fördertemperatur von 120°C (bei

Drehzahlsteuerung bis 80°C) betrieben werden.

Gehäuse

Die Gehäuseseitenbleche für die vertikale Ausblasrichtung

und die Motorabdeckung sind aus seewasserbeständigem

Aluminium gefertigt. Der Grundrahmen mit integrierter Ein-

strömdüse besteht aus verzinktem Stahlblech. Der Typ DV-

WNS mit integrierter Schalldämmhaube, sowie die klappbare

Ausführung HB sind auf Anfrage verfügbar.

Laufräder

Die Laufräder mit 8 rückwärtsgekrümmten

Schaufeln werden aus Aluminiumblech (AlMg3)

gefertigt und sind zusammen mit der Laufradna-

be entsprechend Gütestufe G6.3 nach ISO 1940

statisch und dynamisch gewuchtet.

Motoren

IEC-Normmotoren in Bauform IMB5, Schutzart IP55,

1~230V/50Hz bzw. 3~400V/50Hz, Wärmeklasse F. Die Mo-

toren sind bei Standardventilatoren spannungssteuerbar. An-

triebsmotoren für den Betrieb am Frequenzumrichter bzw. ein-

tourige oder mehrtourige Motoren sind ebenfalls verfügbar.

Elektrischer Anschluss

Der Motorklemmenkasten ist unter der Motorabdeckung

leicht zugänglich. Entsprechend des Klemmbrettschaltbildes

ist der Motor an die vorhandene Spannungsversorgung anzu-

schließen. Dabei sind die geltenden Bestimmungen, unter Be-

achtung der örtlichen Vorschriften, zu beachten. Bei Betrieb

am Frequenzumrichter ist die jeweilige Betriebsanleitung zu

beachten.

Luftleistungskennlinien

Die Kennlinien für diese Typenreihen wurden in Einbauart A

(frei saugend ; frei ausblasend) aufgenommen und zeigen die

saugseitig zur Verfügung stehende Druckerhöhung �pfa als

Funktion des Volumenstromes.

Geräusche

In den Luftleistungskennlinien ist der A-bewertete Freiaus-

blas-Schallleistungspegel - LWA8 angegeben (umrandete Zah-

len). Der A-bewertete Freiansaug-Schallleistungspegel LWA5

nach DIN 45 635, Teil 38 wird wie folgt ermittelt:

LWA5 [dB(A)] = LWA8 [dB(A)] - 3 dB

Den A-bewerteten Schalldruckpegel LpA in 1m Abstand erhält

man annähernd, in dem man vom A-Schallleistungspegel 7

dB(A) abzieht. Zu beachten ist, das Reflexionen und Raumcha-

rakteristik, sowie Eigenfrequenzen die Größe des Schalldruck-

pegels unterschiedlich beeinflussen. Die relativen Oktav-

Schallleistungspegel LWArel bei den Oktav-Mittelfrequenzen

sind aus den direkt zugeordneten Tabellen der jeweiligen Ven-

tilatorentypen zu entnehmen.

Features and Construction

The Rosenberg roof fans are used for ventilation of department

stores, supermarkets, factories, swimming pools, kitchens, di-

ning halls, warehouses, garages, farms and stables. The fans

are suitable for mounting on a flat or any shaped roof.

The fans can be operated up to 120°C (80°C if speed con-

trolled) as the motor is out of the air stream.

Casing

Side panels for vertical discharge and motor hood made of

sea water resistant aluminum. Baseframe with integrated inlet

cone made of galvanized steel. The DVWNS types with inte-

grated sound attenuation and the swing-out version HB are

available on request.

Impellers

The impellers with 8 backward curved blades are

made of sheet aluminium (AlMg3) and are statically

and dynamically balanced with the hub according to

quality standard G6.3 to DIN1940.

Motors

Standard IEC three phase motors in size IMB5, protection

class IP55, 1~230V/50Hz bzw. 3~400V/50Hz, insulation class

F. Standard fan´s motors are suitable for voltage control. Mo-

tors for frequency control are available as well as single and

double speed motors.

Electrical connection

The wiring box of the motor is easily accessible. The motor

has to be connected according to the wiring diagram and in

accordance with valid regulations and local laws. In case of

operation with frequency converter please check the operati-

on manual.

Air performance curves

The performance curves for these fan types have been mea-

sured in mounting position A (free inlet ; free outlet) and indi-

cate the pressure increase �pfa as a function of the air flow.

Noise levels

The bordered values printed in the performance curve dia-

grams show the „A“ weighted LWA8 sound power level (fan

outlet). Determination of „A“ weighted LWA5 sound power le-

vel at fan inlet:

LWA5 [dB(A)] = LWA8 [dB(A)] - 3 dB

The „A“ weighted sound pressure level LpA at a distance of 1

metre is calculated approximately by deducting 7 db(A) from

the „A“ weighted sound power level. It is important to note

that the reflection and room characteristic as well as natural

frequencies influence the sound pressure levels a different

way. The relative octave sound power level LWArel at octave

medium frequency you can find on the table on each fan type

page.
