The communication track will be a beginner and intermediate guide to sharing and marketing your ministry so that it is easily and widely accessible. The evangelism track will focus on sharing the Good News of Jesus with others. Our combined efforts as The Episcopal Church are greater than our efforts as individuals and singular organizations. The formation track will include content related to l our faith and the formation of children, youth, young adults, and adults including pro- gramming, visioning, and addressing special popula-tions. The leadership track will focus on decision- making, leading a team, staff, or congregation, and risk-management. The mission track will focus on what it means go for Jesus in the world. How do we bring the love and mercy of Christ to others? The preaching track will focus on methodology, preaching to disciples and those who are searching, and looking for a refresher to support or enhance their preaching. The stewardship track will help us reflect on the best use of our human, finan-cial, physical, and intellec-tual resources. Barber, II is a pastor and social justice advocate building a broad-based grassroots movement, ground- ed in the moral tenets of faith-based communities and the constitution, to confront systemic racism, poverty, environmental devastation, the war economy and the distorted moral narrative of religious nationalism in America today. As pastor of Greenleaf Christian Church in Goldsboro, North Carolina (since 1993) and president of the North Carolina Con- ference of the NAACP (2005–2017), Barber approaches social justice through the lens of the ethical and moral treatment of people as laid out in the Christian Bible, the Recon- struction and civil rights movements of the South, and the United States Constitution.
