Conclusion

• In spite of a severe economic crisis, we can witness a rather

substantial development in Tunari’s transportation infrastructure,

since mid. 2008.

• This development of transportation infrastructure - along

with Tunari’s given location – increases the attractiveness of the

locality as a preferred residential destination.

locality as a preferred residential destination.

• However, this aspect of development has to be put into the context

of a much needed improvement in the economy, in order that it

will eventually materialize in the real estate sector.
