Imagine saying ‘I do’ under the white rafters of the Lovedale Pavilion surrounded by walls of glass overlooking

fields of gumtrees, followed by cocktails and a generous grazing table on the Lovedale Lawn where your guests can

relax before dinner while you and your bridal party make the most of our extensive grounds to capture your perfect

wedding day photos.

The Hunter Valley is known for its exceptional food and wine and Spicers Guesthouse is proud to continue that

tradition. Our award-winning chefs have taken the best local produce and created an enticing menu your guests are

sure to enjoy, paired with our extensive wine cellar stocked with local and international wines.

CEREMONY

Your wedding ceremony should be elegant yet personal, an intimate gathering of your closest family and friends.

Our Lovedale Pavilion offers a modern feel with rustic charm under the cool white rafters or choose from one of our

beautiful lush green lawns and your ceremony outside in the sunshine.

Spicers Guesthouse will include for you up to 20 folding white chairs, a signing table, decanters of iced water, poor

weather backup location and exclusive use of your desired ceremony location for up to 2 hours .

Ceremony package cost - $1,000.

Pre-Ceremony or Post-Ceremony Drinks

Get the party started a little sooner by offering some bubbles and beer to your guests on arrival to the ceremony

or as a celebration once the ceremony ends. Speak to your wedding coordinator about extending your package or

consumption options.

Lemonade & Lawn games - $12 per person

Entertain your guests for an hour while you and your Bridal party stroll the grounds for your wedding photos by

including an afternoon of lawn games and a refreshing home-made lemonade stand.

RECEPTION

LOVEDALE PAVILION & LAWN A gorgeous pavilion with glass doors down both sides spilling onto beautiful green lawns, big glass windows overlooking lush bushland and a high-pitched ceiling with white painted beams. Lovedale is a beautiful space to celebrate a wedding ceremony or an intimate wedding reception.

Accommodating up to 70 guests for a sit-down reception or 120 guests for a stand-up reception. Lovedale is the perfect mix of rustic charm and classic luxury. Also accommodates up to 70 guests seated for your ceremony.

TALLAWANTA ROOM Tallawanta is a big, bright and airy space perfect for a big family wedding. With white washed brick, bi-fold doors opening out onto a vine drenched terrace and a high coffered ceiling Tallawanta is a beautiful blank canvas that will suit any style of wedding.

Accommodating up to 120 guests (long tables only) for a sit down reception or 150 for a stand-up reception.

MARQUEE WEDDINGSEnjoy the beautiful setting of the Mountain View Lawn with the backdrop of the Brokenback Mountain range. This unique backdrops offers the flexibility to create the reception space of your dreams.

All packages include: setup of place cards (for seated reception), bonbonniere and additional décor items as supplied by the happy couple, microphone for speeches, complimentary night’s stay in a King Suite for the newly married couple on the night of the

Spicers Guesthouse offers guests 45 rooms and suites, plus a four-bedroom cottage.

To ensure everyone enjoys their time with us we request that you book a number of accommodation rooms for the

night of the wedding.
