In general, the warranty covers all faults or manufacturing defects. It only takes effect if the retailer or installer notifies our company and returns the defective parts to us for examination. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts (in normal conditions of use); the labour necessary for reconditioning (dismantling and reassembly) is borne by the installer. The liability of DEL cannot be incurred for personal injuries, material damage or loss of earnings (penalties). No compensation can be claimed for any reason whatsoever. The warranty is limited depending on uses: bubble covers and Isodel depending on the dimensions specified in our catalogue or product sheet. Are excluded from the warranty: • Damage due to transport. • Assemblies or installations which are defective or do not comply with our notice. • Modifications made to the goods without the agreement of the manufacturer. • Error of connection or tension. • Wear to the engine and box due to non-compliance with wiring rules. • Corrosion.
