• Create CPFRP Policy Statement• Assign FRO (Deputy FRO, if needed)• Include FRO in INDOC• Attend CFRT training• Appoint all CFRT members• Offer Family Readiness Assessment Survey• Develop Crisis Response Plan/Crisis Communication Plan• Incorporate Personal/Family Readiness education in to GMT’s• Conduct training to CFRT on CPFRP Contact Sheets / NECC

• Support CPFRP• Serve as I&R resource for FRO, OMB,

FRG, Sailors, and Families• Attend CFRT meetings• Attend CFRT training• Advise Sailors, on CPFRP contact form and

the importance/benefits of the program

CRM SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ombudsman

• Support CPFRP and Commanding Officer• Attend CFRT meetings• Attend CFRT training• Participate and assess CPFRP activities• Shall attend PII training in order to apply

for a Logistical Access Card (LAC)• Contact FOCUS Rep for review of policy

and training• Take Operational Stress Control via

NECC portal or other means
