Written Standard Communicate Training Evaluation Make Improvements or Celebrate

Written Standard must include:• Details of roles and responsibilities of each

role: Employer

Section 25 and 26 of the OH&S Act Supervisor

Section 27 of the OH&S Act Worker

Section 28 of the OH&S Act

Documented communication of standard to everyone

Documented training to support “ roles and responsibilities” in the OH&S Act

Training can be completed in house or through external training provider• Construction – KCA• Wiebke will be offering the course she ran in

2009 Train the Trainer is also an option

Ensure all workplace parties meet the standard

Check training Knowledge Perhaps as part of Performance appraisal
