A teacher meets a student and a mentor at workplace

A teacher prepares individualisation plan together with each student and mentor. This plan helps students acquire the required vocational skills. The plan takes into account the individual’s life circumstances, competencies, identified learning needs and opportunities for on-the-job learning.

What does a workplace mentor do?

Jointly with the teacher, workplace mentor ensure that learning at the workplace is goal-oriented and that the student receives guidance.
