ensure that the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations are enforced. Transportation safety and security are top pri-orities within the Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. And, in this new age of Homeland Security and threats of terrorism, the emphasis on enforce-ment has increased dramatically. Is your com-pany prepared? This workshop—created specifically for owners, managers, safety directors, and others responsi-ble for compliance—focuses on “How” to comply with the Federal requirements instead of simply rehashing the text of the regulations. the likelihood of a DOT audit in the first place, and how to be fully prepared in the event one does occur.
