One part being the Student Growth score and the other being the Leadership Practice Score. For 2013, each of the 25 Indicators will be rated using these ratings.

This table will be used to determine the overall Leadership Practice Score.

Implementation of the new evaluation system involves a six-step process. Step 1: Orientation Session by the end of February, 2013

Step 2: Initial Meeting between administrator and evaluator by end of March, 2013

Step 3: Monitoring, Data Collection, and Application to Practice March, April, & May 2013

Step 4: Mid-Year Progress Review between the administrator and evaluator TBD

Step 5: Monitoring, Data Collection, and Application to Practice - by end of TBD

Step 6: The Year-End Meeting addresses the FSLA score and Student Growth Measures date TBD

Meanwhile, refer to the Collection/Feedback and Rubrics form to become familiar with the Domains and Indicators as well as types of artifacts that can be used as data and evidence of the leaders proficiency on the 25 Indicators.
