The Company has published advertisement in news papers in compliance of SEBI Circular: SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOS3/CIR/P/2018/139 dated November 6, 2018 for giving notice of the proposed transfer and seeking objection, if any, to the same within a period of 30 days from the date of advertisement.
A copy of the advertisement is enclosed herewith for dissemination and the same is also being published on the Company's website www.rmgalloysteel.com.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI IHO/ MIRSD/ 0053/ CIR/ P/ 20181139 dated 6th November 2018 (the “Circular”),the Company has received request to transfer the below mentioned equity shares in physical mode. These securities were claimed to have been purchased by transferees and could not be transferred in his/her favour.
Any person having claim in respect of transfer of the abovementioned securities, should lodge such claim with the Company at its Registered Office within 30 days from the date of this publication along with appropriate documentary evidence there of in support of such claim. If no objection is received within 30 days, the Company shall proceed to transfer the above shares in favor of the proposed Transferees, as per the guidelines prescribed in the Circular.The intimation contained in this Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.rmgalloysteel.com and on the website of the BSE Ltd i.e. www.bselndla.com.
