• Rio de Janeiro (or just known as Rio) is one of the most well known cities of South America and has a population of over 10 million people.

The City of Samba

• In addition to being a solution for the scattered factories around the city, this new tourist attraction allows tourists to learn about, and become a part of, the parades in Rio including the famous Rio Carnival.

Rio Carnival• Rio Carnival (or

better known as Carnival), the city’s major tourist attraction, is held 4 days prior to Ash Wednesday to celebrate Lent.

Sugar Loaf Mountain• With a capacity of

65 passengers, the Sugar Loaf cable car allows astounding sights of the city as it rises to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain, a height of 528 meters.

Nightlife• Rio has a long

standing reputation of clubbing and “bar-hopping.” With over 25 mainstream clubs, and many more underground, the city is popular through all the hours of the night.

Maracanã Stadium

• The largest football stadium in South America, Maracanã Stadium holds a capacity of 200,000 people.
