Year 6 Leavers

On Monday we held our annual Leavers assembly for Year 6. The Year 6

children put on a fabulous performance for their parents, families and the

school - performing two songs with adapted lyrics to match the occasion.

They performed their hearts out and we were all so very proud of them! To

end the assembly Special Awards were presented and each child received

an Autograph Book and Pen.

Our Special Awards were for Friendship, Endeavour, Resilience, Achievement and Spirit

of Cowes Primary.

The awards went to: Friendship - Erin Wynn, Endeavour - Holly Glasse,

Resilience - Alfie Witcomb, Achievement - Rees Harker and our Spirit of Cowes Primary

award went to Rosie Silk. Well done everyone.

All the staff at Cowes Primary wish our Year 6 Leavers Goodbye and Good Luck as they move on to High

school, we are very proud of all of you.

Farewell and Good Luck

We would like to wish the six members of staff who are leaving us today, a very fond farewell. The combined

time that they have been here added up to 35 and a half years, sixteen years each for

Mrs Weightman and Miss Knight!

We wish you all the best for the future and thank you for all your hard work, support and dedication that you

have shown during your time with us - you will be missed.

Swimming

Pico class will be starting swimming lessons the second week back. Letters for this will be coming out on
