3-WAY began in 1954 as a furniture delivery company servicing the San Francisco Bay area. The original name “3-WAY” was chosen for the primary compass points of the directions a truck could be driven from San Francisco Bay Area: North, South and East. Since that time, our name has taken on a substantially different meaning and now reflects our ability to provide total transportation services by land, air and sea.

Over the past 5 decades, we have grown from a family run business to a globally recognized company. With over 300 employees in locations across the U.S. 3-WAY is a leading service provider specializing in project and have lift support for both domestic and international transportation. Our strength is focused in the solar, high-tech semiconductor, aerospace, medical and telecommunication industries.

Our job as a specialty logistics company is to move high tech tools and machinery, while protecting them from stress and potential damage. Rigging is a complicated job and can have significant safety issues. This is why it is important to rely on an experienced rigging team with extensive training and technical knowledge about the machinery being utilized.

• Our team has worked under the guidance of Telefunken to complete rigging moves at plants as well as loading trailers at Airport terminals. Our rigging team is ready to handle any job throughout the country. Three Way’s rigging team has the experience and knowledge to ensure a shock-free and precise movement of Telefunken’s Equipment. With 24 hour customer service and equipment stationed at various locations, our teams have the ability to rig equipment around the country in short notice.

For equipment needs in WA, NY, MA, CO, and ID 24 hours notice is need on bookings. For the remaining 48 states 24-72 hours notice is needed to position our equipment.
