Safe Miles Program Accident free miles since joining GWRRA

Pins available in 5,000 mile increments to 95,000 Rockers available in 100,000 increments in either
black or gold

High Mileage Program All miles ridden on any brand of motorcycle,
both prior to and after becoming a GWRRA member. Accidents do not affect these miles
Minimum required mileage is 50,000 Submit Form N.7 or N.8
Cost is $5.00 for first pin, $2.00 for each additional 50,000 mile hanger bar

RE Levels
I – Safety by commitment – Safe Miles - Requirements1. Current membership2. Commitment or Rider and/or Co-Rider to strive for and
practice safe riding3. Submit Application Form N.7 or N.8 and $6.00
Insignia – round “Safe Miles” patch, Rider or Co-Rider rocker. Black & gold patches available for an additional $1.00

II – Safety by education – Tour Rider – Requirements1. Be a current GWRRA member2. Be enrolled in Level I and have 5,000 safe
miles3. Have a current motorcycle license4. Have completed an approved Rider course
within the last three years5. Submit a completed Rider Education Level
Application (N.7 or N.8) along with $5.00

III – Safety by preparedness – Certified Tour Rider – Requirements
1. Be a current GWRRA member
2. Be enrolled and current in Level II
3. Maintain current First Aid OR CPR certifications
4. Carry a First Aid kit on motorcycle
5. Submit an application along with $4.00

IV – Safety by enhanced commitment & preparedness – Master Tour Rider – Requirements
1. Be a current GWRRA member
2. Be current in Level III for at least one full year
3. Have ridden a minimum of 25,000 safe miles
4. Be current in both First Aid and CPR certifications

5. Wear proper riding apparel at all times when riding
6. Submit a completed application N.9, with written recommendation from the Chapter Educator or other validating GWRRA officer along with $35.00 to GWRRA International Headquarters

Masters Recognition
Senior Master Minimum of 5 years of active participation and
continuous renewal with submittal of form N.9 along with $2.00 if patch requested
Grand Master Minimum of 10 years of active participation and
continuous renewal with submittal of form N.9 along with $2.00 if patch requested

Life Grand Master Minimum of 15 years of active participation and
continuous renewal with submittal of form N.9 along with $2.00 if patch requested

Co-Rider to Rider
A Co-Rider changing to Rider status must complete and maintain the Rider requirements for each level. Must start as a Level I and complete each
requirement for advancement.
Expired Participants
Expired participants may bring their status current and active by submitting completed renewal form along with support documentation. The applicant will maintain their highest level and
not revert back to a lower level.
Forms
1. Rider/Co-Rider name, address, membership number, Region, District, Chapter, and date.
2. Validation officer name, Title (Chapter Educator, Director, or Assistant Director), and date.

2. Check appropriate boxes, CPR provider (ARC-American Red Cross, AHA-American Heart Association, MFA-Medic First Aid, ASHI-American Safety & Health Institute, NSC-National Safety Council, or ER-Emergency Response).
