Ingredients Makes 12-16 150 grams rice krispies 300 grams marshmallows 45 grams butter 125 grams M&M’s approx, or any other sweets you like Method 1. Line a rectangular baking tray with greaseproof paper 2. Melt the butter in a large bowl over a pan of boiling water 3. Still on the heat, add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted completely. Be careful not to burn the marshmallows. 4. Take the bowl off the heat and stir in the Rice krispies. This will be quite hard due to the stickiness of the marshmallow but keep going! 5. Stir in most of the M&M’s 6. Tip the mixture into the baking tray and flatten as smooth as you can with a spatula.
