Appendix SFA-1 Government Clauses and DOE Directives Incorporated By Reference

(a) The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Department of Energy Acquisition

Regulation (DEAR) clauses which are incorporated by reference herein shall have the same force and effect as if printed in full text.
