See Exhibit A for a list of the County’s current copiers. The County will consider a multi-year contract with the awarded proposer. The County’s current copy machine lease expires June 30, 2019, therefore all new copy machines from the awarded proposer shall be installed by June 28, 2019. General requirements for copy leasing services may be found in the bid package obtained from Chelsey Lanier, Duplin County Purchasing, [email protected], or by calling 910-296-2104. Proposals will be received until March 8, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Proposals shall be mailed/dropped off to: Chelsey Lanier 224 Seminary Street PO Box 950 Kenansville, NC 28349 All proposals must include the County’s proposal form available in the bid package. All proposals shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Proposal-Copy Services” Proposals will remain confidential until the bid is awarded, therefore there will be no public bid opening. All questions shall be submitted in writing to [email protected] or at the address listed above. All answers will be in writing by addendum to all prospective proposers (i.e. firms or individuals who have obtained RFP documents). The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of copies. The selected proposer will be required to sign a contract with the County.
