Developing an RFP

• Ident ify minimum qualif icat ions:– Locat ion(s) in your area– Collateralizat ion of your deposit s– Asset Size

• Provide clear and concise inst ruct ions

• Develop an “easy” format

• Eliminate repet it ive informat ion request s t hroughout t he RFP

• Provide services requested and volume est imates
