Programme of the EPSO (working) group meetings
Monday September 25th(morning) and Wednesday 27th (parallel)
The EPSO working group meetings are open to all EPSO delegates and invited guests (please let us know if you want to participate) and also for those who do not plan to come to the conference; the meetings are planned at the Embætti landlæknis (The Directorate of Health ) offices, Barónsstíg 47, 101 Reykjavík. For directions please see page 12.
In this hotel we had a reservation with an availability of 20 Standard Rooms for 2 nights, including
breakfast. These rooms were blocked for EPSO until 17.07. 2017. All unsold rooms have since
then been unlocked and are available for everyone.
However at the 27th
of July a number of rooms was still available; this might change any time. So
please book and check availability as soon as possible!
What is needed from the clients:
All bookings/enquiries have to be submitted via e-mail : [email protected]. Clients can enquire over the phone if they like, but hotel needs the booking to be submitted in written form either way (this avoids any misunderstandings or potential issues.)
In the Subject Line of the e-mail (or in the very beginning of the e-mail) the client will need to quote the code EPSOSEP in order to qualify for the Rate agreed :
Superior Single (1 pax) = €192.60 Euro per room, per night
Superior Double/Twin (2 pax) = €206.10 Euro per room, per night
Triple Room (3 pax) = €233.10 Euro per room, per night
- All rates include breakfast and all relevant taxes. - All rates are non-commissionable.
All bookings require a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. In the email from the hotel you will find. in the attached PDF for the clients to use a separately enclosed credit card authorisation. This is for guarantee purposes only, payment will only be processed on arrival.
Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. All cancellations need to be submitted via e-mail and confirmed by the hotel.
In the event of a no show or last minute cancellation, 1st night of booking will be charged from the guarantee card.
