BovineSNP50. Determine breeding value.

With more than 50,000 SNPs, this widely-adopted agrigenomics BeadChip has

helped genotype hundreds of thousands of animals, identifying genotype-phenotype

associations to determine genomic breeding value.

BovineHD. Predict genetic merit with the highest accuracy.

Through next-generation sequencing, 777,000 SNPs were identified to create this

powerful BeadChip, which is used for cross-breed analysis, assessing the genetic

merit of elite bulls, and accelerating discovery of causal mutations.

BovineLD. Screen the entire herd for less.

With nearly 7,000 SNPs, this BeadChip supports a broad range of applications including

genomic selection, parentage, breed identification, and traceability—cost-effectively
