The Big Idea

With more money and time available, Americans began purchasing Televisions. Comedies, action adventure shows, and game shows captivated audiences. Hollywood tried to regain audiences with 3-D films and panoramic screens. A new youth culture developed during this time embracing rock-n-roll. although many african americans were unable to perform on television, many still had a profound impact on rock-n-roll.
