• Literature is rather scarce• Positive effects can be obtained!

– Muscle performance– inflammation

• Dose-response relationships remain unclear

• Potential interfering factors– Inflammation / cachexia– Chemo/radio therapy or ‘survivor’– Hormonal treatment
