design problems, those monitors woro not returned to service within
30 days.
The Main Stack Flow Instrument 2-VA-FIO-33f9 was inoperable for
greater than 30 days due to a Plant Modification (PM 87-166) to
upgrado the instrumentation. Plant Modification 87-166 was
declared operable and the instrument was returned to service on
Ffpbruary25, 3 rpl .

The Unit #1 Turbino Duilding Wido Rango Gas Monitor (1-D12-RM23)
was inoperable for greator than 30 days during this reporting '
period due to ventilation fans being secured for outage work.
