Coaches & Volunteers• Coaches Need to:

• maintain a participant attendance log • ensure guidelines are adhered to• manage hygiene and pathing onto and off the field• focus on participation and getting football back into the rhythm of life

• In the event a coach becomes ill they must cease coaching immediately. Redundancy in all teams is essential, parents need to be prepared to step up – it will happen.

• Some teams are without a primary coach let alone assistant. Reconsider your availability if your team is one of the these.

• The TD will post a weekly training session for use by new coaches / training facilitators (parents) to fall back on.

• Coaching courses are now available through a mixed online and practical delivery model. The club assists with payment.
