The OneSubsea portfolio of MARS* multiple application reinjection systems includes retrievable process modules (RPMs) with a standardized interface, which enables the operator to evolve its subsea architecture geometry to support multiple functionalities over the life of field. With these RPMs, the operator can easily adopt new technology or address the challenges of changing reservoir conditions without affecting the subsea tree and while maintaining production until the module is ready to install. High-risk components are included within the RPM and are retrievable, further increasing the subsea structure’s maintainability.
The reconfigurable MARS system RPMs are engineered for module configuration to project specific requirements. The standardized interface between tree, RPM, and the RPM running tool enables OneSubsea to design and manufacture them in parallel for improved schedule and interchangeability.
