• Only 3 implants available:
– Zygoma right (M1 location teeth 16)
– Pterygoid right (M3 location teeth 18)
– Pterygoid left (M3 location teeth 28)
• Premaxilla: Second PM Right to second
PM left : no bone present anymore
• Additional support is required
– Planning for 1 skull base implant and 1
pterygoid left
