Description Objectives of this project are to manage and lead day-to-day operational issues related with BSS Operation including Billing, Roaming, Interconnect, Mediation, and Provisioning.

Responsibilities Overall responsible for all the Post-paid operations including the following.

Configuration and modification of all new and existing duly approved bill plans in the system. Rating of post-paid CDRs in the system. Error handling of CDRs.

UAT of new configurations and up gradations in the system. Roaming operations. Invoice Generations. Pre & Post Bill runs check.

Reconciliation with other systems and post-paid billing system. Rating and Billing of Interconnect CDRs. Configuration and Operations of Mediation System.

Project Initiation, Planning, Estimation and defining operational/execution processes for the project.

Overseas Client Interaction and customer expectation management.

Ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables by leading and motivating project team

Managing schedule, size, effort, cost and quality as per project plan.

Ensuring compliance to processes, standards, guidelines and measurements in terms of quality and schedule in line with customer
