Due to be the secretary,I am familiar with Government of Taiwan decision maker in ICT territory, so I am confident I can develop and implement the engagement strategy of any service or products.
I think no one cannot know everyone, but I really believe that I have the base of relationship to develop more connection for business development or reduce the barriers when on-line service or products launch to market in future.I can cooperate with colleagues to shape various products and issue agendas to Government, L.Y.,LAB,Universities…And due to I can get the feedback from policy makers, so I can deliver those information to internal teams and work closely with teams in Taiwan or Globally. I was a sales person, but I really involve myself into technology field to let myself can discuss technical issues with customers.
Technical issues what I am familiar with are core network of 3G/4G/ maybe 5G in telecom operators; mobile devices with Android platform, or NFC function or chip security for paying or the attitude and the plans for FinTech of F.S.C. or B.A. org or financial industry. Not only those, but also mobile subscribers experience collection to do analysis by big data solution for marketing use.
So far, the policy and strategy of Cyberspace security in Government is popular and most important topic, and who are the decision makers and I know how to lobby them to reduce the barriers or make advantage for company.
Another topic is brand new of creation. Government encourage creation by new generation, they put lots of resources into this segment. I think company can leverage the resource to solid brand image and do business.So I have the ability to grasp technical and policy issues between different units to let company products or service to be accepted before the time to market.
I saw the growth of Cross border Service by internet or new technology and impact local law or regulations by Government. For example, Google, Uber , Airbnb…So, how to figure out an optimized way to let different sites can make deal is the most important thing. In the period of negotiation and discussion, I have the ability to join and to protect our benefit even dominate the direction which we want to keep.
Even I have those background, I still need to absorb new technology for myself or working with policy makers. I hope I can get more training of company products or service in future, then I contribute more
for company.I always work in heavy pressure to complete projects smoothly under tight schedule. When I meet the difficulties, I will clarify the key factor then find out the solve ways and to do it step by step till success.

In AcerTWP Corp.,I was a product manager of IBM, Symantec, Trend Micro,Quarterdeck,ASI. 遺憾,並感到應該轉往系統整合商發展.心得:若要於標場中獲勝或許系統整合商是一種選擇,其可真實投標且進入客戶單位服務,較原廠或代理商的市場地位來的踏實。後經前維晟資訊副總(前得捷副總)介紹前往得捷公司服務,一樣經營政府領域,只是得捷公司並未向我告知不擅長政府領域且已往發展OA(Lotus Note)方面發展,故有無法協助我拿下客戶標案的狀況;但本人既然已前往服務且情勢雖如此,個人依舊努力為得捷經營政府領域,在這半年多來,成功拿下中國輸出入銀行..等客戶之標案,並運用外面夥伴的力量將其結案,並繼續協助以往客戶規劃其資訊系統,如財政部關稅總局海運轉型案、空運轉型案。爾後於 2003/07加入德商 Robert Bosch 通訊安全股份有限公司即 Philips CSI(Communication Security Image)部門的前身,擔任 Account Manager客戶經理,負責銷售 CCTV監控系統/Access Control 門禁系統/Public Address 公共廣播系統/Congress 會議系統/Interpretation翻譯系統/Stage Professional Sound 專業舞台音響系統/Critical Communication 關鍵通訊系統,因業績長期能夠達成,獲得台灣區總經理馮曉原先生(Mr. Eddie Fong)信任與新加坡總部主管的賞識與信任,故於2007 年升任通訊廣播事業單位經理(Communication BU Manager);並與德國與新加坡總部同仁們共同合作,除上司與部屬關係外,也讓自己有了更多的外國朋友,增加了自己的國際視野。本人長期浸淫於政府標案領域、財團法人、行政法人、大型公民營企業,對案件經營嫻熟,並已建立起各單位的人脈;另因長年經營通路,故與眾多系統整合商、資訊業、建築業、機電業、消防業、視聽業..人脈皆有所熟識,並於此基礎上創造業績。值得一提的專案列表:1. 2003 年衛生署署本部:這案件原為競爭廠牌的規格,本人初次帶領經銷商即成功翻規格並為
本人是一個做什麼像什麼的人,對於工作與帶領總代理之產品線總是充滿熱情,且對於同僚與部屬總是互相扶持,共同打拼;本人因工作常常出差於國、內外,故早已培養獨立作業的能力並有好的產出;另本人無論於領導或被領導,承上與啟下,都以團隊向心力與共同合作與截長補短的方式合作之!另於 IT 專業領域具備業務基礎所需之知識與業務行銷與推動之成功經驗,且已創造出許多客戶且最終因服務得體皆為本人朋友,而形成口碑。另本人於職場中一直朝向專業經理人為職志,並希望能有機會能加入能合作且和氣的專業團隊,一起為事業打拼。感謝 貴公司給我機會說明本人的工作心得與態度,希望可以有發展與合作的機會。
