Main Duties :

1. To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set. 2. To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel. 3. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as

assigned. 4. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of hotel safety and security

matter. 5. To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest

complaints or problems to higher authority if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

6. To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on rooms occupancy, arrival & departures, functions / event and special attention that is needed.

7. To be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout and the location and Functions Of Sprinkler system and smoke detectors, Fire fighting equipment and emergency exits, Fire control room and fire indicator panels, Emergency evacuation / public address systems, Emergency assembly area outside hotel, Fire / bomb threat and security procedures, Lifts - emergency phone numbers, Keep First aid equipment always updated.

8. To handle investigation and report all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing from either guests, visitors or hotel personnel.

9. To ensure that all new staff are briefed and / or trained in Fire Prevention / Fire Fighting Procedures relevant to their position.

10. To submit all guest / staff incident reports. 11. To report “Lost & Found” items. 12. To execute employee baggage checks and periodical locker searches as required.

1. Knowledge in handling Military equipment like Thermal imager, Hand held monitor

for area sensors, Night vision gauge, Radio set for communication, Binocular, Metal

detectors, Ion Scanning machine.

2. Responsible for searching all vehicles by checking the identification card n the

vehicle registration card (plug card), which enters in to the US Army camps using

latest equipment, there by positively ensuring no threat to personnel & installation.

3. Monitoring the areas, for any trespassers or intruders, when in the towers, and

reporting any suspicious activity to the higher authority (PMO).

personnel entry through metal detection devices. Also performs thorough body and

baggage checking using security scan devices. Making work schedules for the
