Recruitment & Resource Preparing job description after identification of manpower requirements from various
departments and function heads. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
like job postings, IJP, references, database searching and through consultants. Co-ordination with team and consultants for searching and screening of applications/CV. Then Interviews and selection process. Salary negotiation and then processing for issuance of offer letter.
Responsible for the handling and updating the complete manpower data in terms of compensation with accuracy for payroll.
Responsible for payroll inputs for separation, reimbursement, increment, incentives, Leave encashment & other activities to payroll related.
Responsible for managing attendance and providing working days payroll processing. Ensuring correct calculation & deduction of statutory compliances like PT, PF, ESI and other
details in pay summary and coordinating with accounts department for generating the payroll.
Compensation & Benefits / Statutory Compliance
Responsible for all compliances like ESIC, LWF, EPF, Minimum wages, gratuity, notices and other activities.
Calculation and online submission of PF & ESIC challans of all the covered employees through E-return tool version – 6, EPFO E-Sewa Portal & ESIC online Portal.
Responsible for timely remittance of ESI, PF & LWF. Responsible for preparing data pertaining monthly & annual returns in terms ESIC & EPF. Responsible for timely screwing of all the notices received from government offices and reply
them under guidance of our legal Advisor. Responsible for all the filings & other documentations like processing of PF transfers & PF
withdrawal forms of left employees by generating KYC. Coordinate with ESIC local office for issuing ESIC biometric cards, organizing camps, claims &
settlement for all the eligible employees who cover under ESIC. Having experience in PF & ESIC annual inspections.
Performance Appraisal
Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration policies as well as devising and effectuating Performance Management System.
Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
Helping Functional Heads for determining KRAs.
Employee Engagement
Responsible for timely birthday bash & anniversaries mail to the employees. Arranging combined birthday& anniversary parties on the last Saturday of the month.
