Condolences - The death of a loved one is a very difficult time in life so let’s continue to pray for our members that have recently lost loved ones. Keep the following individuals and families in prayer; Bro. Thomas Williams, Bro. Willie Parham, the family of Sis. Carol Barnett, Mary Humphrey; the family of Sis. Myra Bratton Legg; Also continue to keep the family of Ledora Jacks, Bro. Hubbard, Jane Bussey and the Fitzgerald family in prayer as it has been about a year since their loved one has passed away.

Hovey Street Leadership Series – You are cordially invited to attend the 80th year Celebration of the Hovey Street CoC where 3 different ministers will be featured each Sunday. On November 6th Bro. Franklin Florence will discuss, “Power”; on November 13th our own Br. Stanley Hubbard will discuss, “Promise; and on November 20th Bro. Oscar Middlebrook will discuss, “Purpose”

Attention Veterans - With Veteran’s day approaching Friday, November 11th many restaurants are offering free meals to show appreciation for to all those who have served in the military. A detailed list of participating restaurants are available in the foyer. A big thank you to all of the veterans and active duty members that have served and sacrificed for this country!

Anniversary Planning - On November 13th there will be a meeting following 10am service for all those who are interested in helping with the planning for Bro. Hubbard’s Anniversary. All are invited to attend.

Couples Devotion - Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the home of Bro. & Sis. Bateman. Please bring a dish, drink or what you can. Also consider a topics to discuss at a future devotion. The address is 6337 Meadowfield Drive.

Mozel Sanders Dinner - Kingsley Terrace will be a satellite for the Mozel Sanders Thanksgiving Dinner on November 24,2016. We will be open from 10am-1p.m. Volunteers are needed to help pack meals, serve, deliver, & clean up. Volunteers are asked to be at the church between 8:30-9:00am on Thanksgiving day to prepare. If dinners are needed please call the office at 317 924-9055. We are also in need of desserts for that day. Thanks!

Missionary Sunday - Hawatthia Jones and Byron & Snezana Benitez will be here Sunday November 27 th to share a presentation regarding the Mission in Guatemala. Please come prepared to make a financial donation to support this worthwhile cause. Following 10am service join us in the fellowship hall for a potluck dinner and a short program. We are asking everyone to be in attendance for Sunday School in order to hear this presentation.

ABA Basketball Youth Fundraiser - Ticket sales from this event on November 27th will raise funds for our youth ministry. Please see Bro. O’Banion to purchase a $10 ticket.

Ladies Candlelight Devotion - Ladies please plan to join us on Friday, December 3, 2016 @ 6pm for our annual Ladies Candlelight Devotion. You will be blessed beyond measure. Light refreshments will be served; please see sis. Lisa Harris if you would like to participate or have any questions.

Single’s and Unmarried Christmas Party - Mark your calendars. This event will be December 16th from 6-11pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Volunteer Shoppers Needed - Roughly 40 shoppers are needed to help with the Adopt a Family Christmas Affair.
